Use of the site

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using shreewinplay.in.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. Continued use of the Site following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Permitted use

You may access the Site solely for lawful personal purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers, introduce malware or harmful code, scrape or harvest data without prior written consent, or impersonate any person or entity. Any use of automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scripts, to interact with the Site without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

Account responsibility

If you register an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify Shree Win immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice or liability to you. Shree Win will not be responsible for any loss resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Intellectual property

Ownership

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Shree Win or its licensed content providers and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and all other applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. The "Shree Win" name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trade marks of Shree Win. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Site content is strictly prohibited and may attract civil and criminal liability.

Limited licence

Shree Win grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence expressly excludes any right to reproduce or distribute Site content; create derivative works based on it; use data-mining bots, scrapers, or similar automated extraction tools; or remove any proprietary notices or marks appearing on the Site. Any licence not expressly granted herein is reserved by Shree Win.

User-submitted content

Where you submit, post, or upload content to the Site, you grant Shree Win a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Site. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. Shree Win reserves the right to remove any user content at its sole discretion without notice.

Limitation of liability

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content, services, and features provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Shree Win expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, server issues, or third-party infrastructure failures does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Exclusion of consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shree Win, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site. This exclusion applies even if Shree Win has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disputes involving payment transactions processed via third-party gateways such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), or BHIM are subject to the terms and liability frameworks of those respective platforms; Shree Win bears no liability for errors or delays originating with those providers.

Cap on liability

In any event, Shree Win's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Shree Win in the three months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) INR 500. These limitations reflect a fair and reasonable allocation of commercial risk and form an essential basis of the agreement between you and Shree Win.
